Its been a few days since I have posted so wanted to catch everyone up on what we have been doing. The title says it all...we eat!
We made all kinds of stuff this week! I loved the chicken divan and want to stuff the broccoli next time but only had chicken tenderloins instead of the breast halves it calls for. The strawberry charlottes were good but not as mouth watering as I thought. The mexican casserole was good but I would spice it up next time!
The major winner was dinner tonight with the Helms. The steak, asparagus, strawberry bisque, brazilian lemonade russet red mashed potatoes and molten cake...everything was excellent!
Another big hit was Sundays cinnamon roll pancakes! Cant wait to make those again! YUM!
Outside of eating we have just been continuing to chip away at getting things put away and organized and spending lots of time with our friends and family. We were privileged enough to have 2 amazing dinner dates this week with the Woodmansees and Helms. Still waiting to dine with Nelsons!
Alan also started back up with basketball and won his game on Tuesday! WOOT!
Being married is such a fun learning experience for us and I am so blessed to be married to such an amazing man! I will try and update our blog more often and hopefully have more than just dinners to discuss in the near future. Thanks for everyones love and support and hope you enjoy watching as our family experiences and grows!
